Q: Do you guys over-night kits? What if I have a problem or question about your product?

A: Yes we do. Just gives us a call at 415-637-2146. The orders have to be put in before 12 Noon, Pacific Time.

Q: How long does it take to process the orders?

Q: Where's my kit?

A: We send you two confirmation e-mails once we have shipped your kit. One is from our Yahoo! store and the other is a Tracking # from the post office. www.usps.com If you have not received your kit within 3 days of placing your order please call us at 415-637-2146.

Q: I typed in my tracking number and got a message saying there's no record of that package. What gives?

A:) Sometimes the Post Office takes a day or two to update your tracking information on their site.

Q: I typed in my tracking number and got a message saying my package has already been delivered, but I haven't received it. What happened?

A: First, check with a family member or housemate to see if they received it while you were gone. If no one in your household has it, it may have been delivered to the wrong address. Call us at 415-637-2146 and we will contact your local Post Office.

Q: I paid for overnight shipping and I didn't get it the next day. I want a full refund!!!

A: Check your mailbox to see if the Post Office left a card letting you know delivery was attempted while you were away. Sometimes, due to a variety of circumstances beyond our control (for example, delivery access to smaller or remote areas) an overnight shipment might arrive a day later than expected. If this happens, we will refund the extra cost of the overnight shipping.

Q: I won't be home during the day to accept delivery. Will they leave the package in front of my door?

A: Probably not. If you want them to leave the package in front of your door, tape a note to your front door letting your postal carrier know.

Q: My package was destroyed in transit. What do I do now?

A: Give us a call at 415-637-2146 and we'll see what we can do. Send us a pic of the destroyed package. We get reimbursted by the USPS.
