A:) We do NOT deliver to Canada. Sorry, Canada!

Q:) Do you guys over night kits? What if I have a problem or question about your product?
A:) Yes we do. Just gives us a call at 415-586-6378. The orders have to be put in before 2 o'clock p.m. pacific time.

Q:) Do you use flimsy paper that rips easily? Do you need a roll of tape to hang your draft boards on the wall? Do you need to spackle the walls after you've taken down the draft board?
A:) No, no, and no. I've been doing this for five years now, so I must be doing something right.

Q:) Is it safe to place my credit card # online? Do you accept checks and or money orders?
A:) Yes, our secure on-line order form is located on an encrypted site and guaranteed safe. We also accept pay pal thru our ebay store (HERE). We DO NOT accept checks. They bounce too much. We will accept money orders. Send to Commish Kit, P.O. Box 139, Brisbane, Ca. 94005.

Q:) What is your return policy?
A:) If for some reason you don't get your draft board on time just refuse delivery when it arrives and it will be returned to us. We will then send you a full refund by check. If you do accept the package and would like to return either a draft board or T-shirt, do so through the post office. We'll refund you for the price of your product plus the shipping and handling to get it back to us. E-mail us at commishkit@aol.com or call us at 415-586-6378 and let us know. No stickers placed on the board will be accepted. All sheets of labels must be intact on all the pages. T-shirts must be unworn (NOT USED) if you want a refund. T-shirts may be exchanged for another size. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling when sending back for an exchange.
